• Kindergarten Sight Word List

     

     It is expected all Kindergartners know the following sights words by the end of the school year. The list is in order of how they are introduced in class
     
    Ideas for learning sight words:

    *Make flash cards for each word.  Practice sight words in short amounts of times frequently.

    *Post one word a week on the refrigerator and have child read it every time they walk by.                 bookworm

    *Play memory match with sight words on index cards.

    *Locate sight words in books.
