Dear Students and Parents,

As we start this new school year, I wanted to introduce myself and share a bit about who I am.

My name is Mrs. Carolyn Moody, and I am excited to begin my 12th year as an educator. This will be my first year at Stetson Hills.

As a mother, I deeply value the role of education in shaping young minds. My oldest child is now a Junior at SDOHS, my daughter is starting middle school as a 7th grader at Stetson Hills, and my youngest is beginning 2nd grade at Stetson Hills as well.

Having grown up in ¼â½ÐÊÓƵapp and attended Deer Valley Unified School District schools, including Sunrise Elementary, Desert Sky Middle School, and Deer Valley High School, I feel a strong connection to our school community.

Teaching is my passion, and I am dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment where every student can thrive. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and our two dogs. I also love traveling, especially to the beach, and I hope to visit Crystal River, FL, one day to see manatees in their natural habitat.

I look forward to a year of learning, growth, and shared experiences with all of you. Let’s work together to make it a great one!
