Professional:
My teaching career began in December 2006 when I graduated with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Arizona State University (GO Devils)! During my 10 years of teaching in the Madison School District, I obtained my Master's degree (GO Devils!) in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education. I also have my SEI endorsement. While in Madison, I taught first grade for three years and ended in second grade with seven years.
In 2016, I had my first child and decided to become a stay-at-home-mom. Although thankful to have had many years at home with my boys, I am grateful to have the opportunity to call Legend Springs my home! So cheers to year 11 and becoming a Leopard!

In our classroom, I will strive to provide a safe and loving environment that is filled with positivity and high expectations. I aim to bring consistency, diligence, and warmth to our classroom every day in hopes of inspiring and encouraging these traits into your child as well. Thank you for entrusting me with your sweet kiddo and I look forward to working together to create an extraordinary school year!
Personal:
I have been married to my husband for almost 15 years, and we are the parents to 2 curious, thoughtful, sweet boys. My family and I love to spend quality time together. You can usually find us exploring the outdoors, playing board games, or watching movies. During my downtime I enjoy reading, walking, "trying" to be crafty, and strolling the aisles of all the home stores. Target, TJ Maxx, Downeast anyone?!
