Meet the Developmental Preschool Team

  • All About Miss Annie

Hi everyone! My name is AnaLisa Ramos, but I like to go by Annie and have my students call me Miss Annie. I was born and raised in ¼â½ÐÊÓƵapp, Arizona and am still currently residing here. For my education, I went to Arizona State University for my bachelor’s degree in early childhood and early childhood special education. I got my masters degree in Autism Spectrum disorder at Grand Canyon University. I also have an ELL endorsement that I earned while I was at ASU. For as long as I can remember I have loved working with children. I started off babystiting when I was young and then when I was old enough to work, I became a gymnastics coach for young girls. Soon after graduating at ASU I became a developmental preschool teacher here at Copper Creek and I LOVE it. Teaching children is such a gift and I am so honored and lucky to get to do it.

Outside of teaching and now continuing with my masters, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and exercising. A few fun facts about me is I am bilingual in Spanish and English, I love to dance in my spare time, and love learning new recipes to cook.

I work with two wonderful paraprofessionals named Ms. Kristy and Ms. Lucia. We work together to make up a cohesive team in the classroom! I feel like we compliment each other, and use each other's strengths to help the children grow throughout the year(s). We are really looking forward to knowing and working with you!

Please reach out if you have more questions about the class or the program!
