    Parchment/Transcript Request Information


    The Deer Valley Unified School District has partnered with Parchment as an optional transcript service. Parchment is a self-contained transcript service; it is secure and open 24/7. Transcripts will be sent directly to the admissions office or to the location of your choice.

    Transcript fees for currently enrolled students are $4.40 for each transcript. There is an additional handling fee if the transcript is sent through US mail.

    Transcript fees for alumni students are $5.25 for each transcript plus an additional handling fee if the transcript is sent through US mail.

    At the current time, students who attended or graduated from any ¼â½ÐÊÓƵapp high school PRIOR to 2006 are unable to request transcripts directly through Parchment. Third parties asking for transcripts or a graduation verification for students PRIOR to 2006 are unable to request them directly through Parchment. You will need to contact the school directly and ask for the Registrar Clerk. If we are able to obtain the requested records, you will be redirected to Parchment to place your order and pay the fees for the requested transcript/graduation verification.

     
    For Current Students Only: You can request your transcripts for yourself from your school directly. To send a transcript to any educational institution, it is recommended that you use Parchment. Transcripts can be sent and received electronically which has now become the standard requirement for educational institutions. There is a fee to send your transcripts through Parchment.

    Should you have additional questions regarding these processes, please contact your high school Registrar, Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (All district and school offices are closed on Fridays during the summer.)
